What we collect

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Processors we use

Payments are handled by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card details. We also use hosting, email delivery and analytics providers acting on our instructions. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.

How long we keep it

Submission and billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires. Contact correspondence: up to 24 months. Server logs: up to 90 days. Published articles, including press releases, remain published indefinitely as part of the public record.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.

**If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR):** exercise any of these by emailing editorial@netherlandswire.news. We respond within one month. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority.

**If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA):** you may request to know, delete or correct your personal information, and you may opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Submit a request to editorial@netherlandswire.news; we verify requests by replying to the email address on file.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
